  • Work with customers to create and provide solutions to their needs or requests

    Process orders, forms, applications, and requests; following procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction

    Weekly reporting reviewed by management for parts and equipment sales

    Promote parts/supplies & equipment to increase sales

    Oversee the purchase, sales and inventory of all equipment/supplies.

    Oversee parts in the shipping and receiving procedure to optimize efficiency

    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

    Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments as necessary

    Other tasks and duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must

    Previous experience with ERP software is a plus

    Excellent verbal and written communication in English

    Strong communication and multi-tasking skills

    Excellent customer service & time management

    Valid and clean G class drivers license
